A Perfect Caffe Latte

This is a perfect Latte. Don't you think? Our baristas were trained by Intelligentsia last Friday and Saturday. This Caffe Latte was just one of the many lattes that the lead barista taught our staff how to make. Practice makes perfect, after all. It tasted as good as it looked, too. In fact, even better.

Sweet Butter’s Baristas were instructed on how to make the most delicious and creamy Mochas, (with Madame Chocolate’s chocolate), Cappuccinos, Americanos, and the absolute perfect cup of Espresso. I had the luxury of sitting in on the lesson. I think my favorite part of the day was watching our trainees soak in all that wonderful knowledge. I’m sure it will take awhile for our staff to become even half as adept as the Master Barista who taught them, but it’s certainly a great start.
